Dora D.'s Story
Moved to the Hudson Valley 1972, commuted to NYC (worked in diamond center as bookkeeper) Have a son in the military(serving in Iraq). Husband retired law enforcement officer. Looking forward to seeing old friends from class of January 1959 (we graduated on a cold snowy day) I recall our senior year we did not have a homeroom and were in the downstairs cafeteria until classes started. whatever else we had with us. Our school was very diversified and very close knit. I was usually late with homework assignments and the young men at my table would help me out. I was quite a flirt even though I wore glasses and was not pretty. Lots of self confidence for a teenager. Really hoping to connect with Jose Del Pilar, Jose Diaz, Ronald Hill and Sonia Vasquez, Gerry Rodriguez and Mary Trimble and any of my other H. S. classmates. Looking forward to it. Dora D.
